Susan Lucci, 77, radiates in red strapless gown at AHA Red Dress Fashion Show

Talk about heart-racing fashion.

Susan Lucci showed off her slim figure in a red gown at the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Red Dress Collection Concert on Wednesday night.

The “All My Children” alum, 77, stunned in a strapless crimson dress with sequins embroidered all over and dozens of feathers flowing down from her knees.

Lucci accessorized her classic look with red strapless heels and silver diamond jewelry.

The soap opera star kept her hair in her signature style of loose curls while she added a bright red lip to celebrate the theme of the gala.

At one point, she knelt to the ground to pet Ana Navarro’s pup, who also pranced through the red carpet.

Lucci attended the event but chose not to walk the annual fashion show, though she has modeled on the runway for the charity event many times.

Five years ago, Lucci made headlines when she accidentally took a tumble while walking the runway, but that didn’t stop her from strutting her stuff the next few years.

However, several other stars, including Heather Dubrow, Francia Raisa and Sherri Shepherd all walked on the stage.

Lucci has been attending the Heart Association’s annual event for years since she underwent emergency heart surgery in 2018.

“I had a slight pressure on my chest, but I kept ignoring it, as we women do. ‘It’ll go away, it’ll go away.’ But the third time, I couldn’t ignore it,” she recalled to Page Six in February 2023.

The Emmy award winner discovered she had a 90 percent blockage in her heart’s main artery and got two stents implanted to increase blood flow.

“It felt like an elephant pressing on my chest,” she added. “I was driven to St. Francis Hospital, and I learned I had a 90 percent blockage in my main artery and a 75 percent blockage in the adjacent.”

Lucci has since recovered from her procedure and continued to live her life in the public eye.

Most recently, she joined Andy Cohen, Chrissy Teigen and other stars to read lines from a “Vanderpump Rules” episode as part of SiriusXM’s “Radio Andy Theater” series earlier this month.
