Prince William and Kate Middleton all smiles after she’s named one of ‘racist’ royals

It’s royal business as usual.

Prince William and Kate Middleton were in high spirits while conducting their royal duties Thursday after the Princess of Wales was named as one of the two family members who allegedly questioned Prince Archie’s skin color.

The couple smiled for photos with Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden during a gathering at Windsor Castle in England.

“A pleasure to welcome The Crown Princess of Sweden and Prince Daniel to Windsor this morning 🇸🇪,” Kensington Palace tweeted alongside a photo of the foursome.

Middleton, 41, beamed in an elegant forest green dress and matching heels, while William, also 41, looked cheerful in a blue suit and a red tie.

Meanwhile, Victoria, 46, wore a red tweed blazer and navy trousers, and her husband, 50, mirrored William’s look in a double-breasted navy suit and a maroon tie.

Fans of the British royals flooded social media with supportive messages despite the recent claims against Middleton.

“Bravo 👏 ❤️ Class and poise from our dream team, as always. I’m not falling for today’s publicity stunt from certain quarters,” one royalist wrote on Instagram.

“Wow dignified silence 🔥🔥🔥. This couple are the epitome of family, love, and class,” a second commented.

“You’re amazing..it’s a shame that the only bad words that have ever been said about you both have come from them! Keep your head up! We all love you ❤️,” a third fan added, referring to Archie’s parents, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

“Keep doing your thing. Ignore the sour grapes ❤️🔥,” one more social media user wrote.

Earlier this week, the identity of the two royals who had “concerns” about Archie’s skin tone was accidentally revealed in Dutch copies of royal reporter Omid Scobie’s new book about the state of the monarchy after Queen Elizabeth II’s death in September 2022.

In the final US and UK editions of “Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy’s Fight for Survival,” Scobie does not name the family members who made the comments prior to the young prince’s birth in May 2019.

News outlets that obtained the Dutch version initially redacted the two names in their coverage of the blunder, but then Piers Morgan chose to disclose the identities: Middleton and King Charles III.

“Frankly, if Dutch people wandering into a bookshop can pick it up and see these names, then you — the British people here, who actually pay for the British royal family — you’re entitled to know, too,” he said on “Piers Morgan Uncensored” Wednesday, making sure to add that he does not believe the princess and the monarch, 75, made the racist comments.

The palace has not responded to the allegations, while Scobie blamed a translation error in Holland, where his biography has been removed from stores.

Markle, who is biracial, first claimed that a senior member of the royal family had expressed “concerns” about her son’s skin color during her March 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey, though the former actress did not name anyone at the time.

“[They asked about] how dark your baby is going to be?” Winfrey pressed, prompting Markle to reply, “Potentially, and what that would mean or look like.”

Harry, 39, later said during the bombshell sit-down that he would never reveal which royals they were referring to.

“That conversation I am never going to share, but at the time, it was awkward,” he said. “I was a bit shocked.”

Earlier this year, Harry backtracked a bit, clarifying that his family had shown “unconscious bias” but not racism.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been estranged from William, Middleton and Charles since quitting the royal family in January 2020. They have since bashed the monarchy in several interviews as well as Harry’s memoir, “Spare.”

The pair currently reside in Montecito, Calif., with their two children: Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2.
