Vicki Gunvalson hasn’t received full-time ‘RHOC’ contract, won’t come back as ‘friend’ for Season 18

The end may be near for the OG of the OC.

Vicki Gunvalson has not received a full-time contract for Season 18 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” she told Page Six exclusively Wednesday.

The reality star also shared that she has no interest in doing another season in a “friend of the ‘Housewives’” role.

“I went on as good faith thinking I would show the network that I love them, I love filming, my value. But if I go back [as a ‘friend’], it looks thirsty,” she told us at the Season 2 premiere of Freevee’s “Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis.”

Gunvalson, 61, described her 13 seasons as a full-time “Housewife” as a “good journey” but sniped, “I don’t understand what they’re doing.”

Bravo has yet to formally announce the cast for the upcoming season of “RHOC,” though the Coto Insurance founder told Page Six that “all the calls were done last week.”

Gunvalson’s comments come a week after Taylor Armstrong announced she would not be returning as a “friend” after just one season on “RHOC.”

“Loved spending time with the ladies of #RHOC and thankful I got to give the viewers an update on my life. I’ve made some real friendships that I cherish. Wishing the ladies all the best for season 18,” Armstrong, who got her start on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” wrote on Instagram on Nov. 29.

The Season 17 cast included Heather Dubrow, Shannon Beador, Emily Simpson, Gina Kirschenheiter, newbie Jennifer Pedranti and Tamra Judge, the latter of whom made her comeback after a two-year hiatus.

Fans have been speculating about the forthcoming season’s roster since Beador was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run in September.

However, the Real for Real CEO, 59, still appears to be in the network’s good graces, as she attended BravoCon 2023 in November — where she addressed her drunken night out.

“I went to a behavioral wellness place with an alcohol component in it, and I’m eliminating and have eliminated a lot of the toxic and unhealthy things in my life,” she told E! News at the three-day event. “So, I’m really looking forward to moving on, and I’m excited about it.”

Viewers have also been wondering whether Alexis Bellino will rejoin the cast 10 seasons after her departure.

Earlier this week, the actress, 46, made headlines when Page Six confirmed she is dating Beador’s ex-boyfriend John Janssen.

However, Gunvalson told us Wednesday that she does not know if Bravo offered Bellino a contract.
