Tyler Baltierra explodes on wife Catelynn in ‘Teen Mom: Family Reunion’ trailer: ‘We’re divorced’

The drama is heating up on the next season of “Teen Mom: Family Reunion.” 

In Page Six’s exclusive first look at the Season 3 trailer, longtime franchise star Tyler Baltierra seemingly threatens to split from his wife, Catelynn Lowell, during an intense exchange while filming the spinoff in Cartagena, Colombia. 

“F—k you for making me feel unworthy,” Baltierra, 32, spews in front of Lowell, 31.

“If I don’t get my needs met, we’re divorced,” he assertively adds in the explosive clip.

The “16 & Pregnant” alums  — who parent three kids Novalee, 9, Vaeda, 4, and Rya, 2, and placed daughter Carly, 14, for adoption as teens — began dating in middle school and wed in 2015. Despite the ups and downs of their relationship, documented for years by MTV cameras, they’ve remained among the strongest couples who star on the unscripted franchise. 

This apparent crossroads in their marriage comes as the “TMFR” cast — also including Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney, Jade Cline and Sean Austin, Cory Wharton and Taylor Selfridge, Cheyenne Floyd and Zach Davis, Kayla Sessler and Ryan Leigh, Mackenzie McKee and Khesanio Hall, Briana DeJesus, Leah Messer and Kiaya Elliot — looks to create healthy relationships with each other, while also healing from the past.

The moms and dads tackle obstacles in their romances — some stemming from addiction, intergenerational trauma and infidelity — with guidance from relationship coaches Dr. Mike Dow and Michaiah Dominguez.

This apparent crossroads in their marriage comes as the “TMFR” cast looks to create healthy relationships with each other, while also healing from the past with the help of professionals in Cartagena, Colombia.

But there is also time for fun as Season 3’s tagline — “It’s time to party like a mother!” — is more than emphasized in our sneak peek. 

“We have never, ever had a ’Teen Mom: Family Reunion’ like this,” Lowell narrates as several eyebrow-raising vignettes flash onscreen, including her spouse, Tyler, jumping naked into a pool.

“When you bring couples into the mix, it’s bound to turn up the heat.”

In another moment, Floyd’s ex, Wharton, 33, giddily exclaims before taking a shot with Baltierra, “I’ve always wanted a ‘Teen Mom’ orgy!”

Sex appears to be a major theme throughout the latest installment of the show, as Bookout, 32, grasps what appears to be a selection of X-rated accessories in one LOL-worthy confessional. 

“Is this necessary?” she asks with a half-smile on her face.

Meanwhile, the “Bulletproof” author’s “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” castmate Messer, 31, evidently stripped down during one wild point in production. 

“I was naked?” she asks Floyd, 31, who confirms, “Your t—s were out … I did [see them]. They’re nice.”

Despite presumed discord in her dynamic with Baltierra, Lowell promises elsewhere in the preview that the forthcoming edition of “TMFR” is the “hottest” yet.
