Taylor Swift makes surprise video appearance for ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Eras-themed night

“Dancing With the Stars” couldn’t have a Taylor Swift-themed night without a surprise appearance from the singer herself.

The Grammy winner shared a special video message for contestants on Tuesday, thanking the ABC show “so much” for honoring her with “A Celebration of Taylor Swift.”

“I so wish I could be there to see what you and your choreographers — and my friend Mandy Moore — have put together,” Swift, 33, gushed. “I really wish I could be there, but I’m on tour in Brazil.

“But I’m sending you guys all my love and best of luck to all the contestants,” the songwriter continued.

Swift was all smiles in the pre-taped footage, rocking a colorful costume as she spoke.

The ABC show’s six remaining couples all performed to songs from the American Music Award winner’s discography, beginning with Alyson Haningan and Sasha Farber dancing to “You Belong With Me.”

Ariana Madix and Pasha Pashkov subsequently took the stage with a “Cruel Summer” performance, followed by Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach’s “Reputation” dance.

Harry Jowsey and Rylee Arnold, who were later eliminated, took on “August,” while couples Charity Lawson and Artem Chigvintsev and Xochitl Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy danced to “Look What You Made Me Do” and “Paper Rings,” respectively.

Swift was most likely watching, as the “Blank Space” singer told viewers in a video message last week about her plans to tune in.

“I can’t wait to see Dancing with the Stars’ celebration of my Eras next week,” she said on Nov. 14. “I will be there in spirit.”

Swift was home in New York City at the time, and she flew to Brazil two days later to continue her international Eras Tour.

The pop star performed on Friday but postponed the following day’s show due to extreme temperatures, which led to the death of a 23-year-old concertgoer named Ana Clara Benevides.

The Grammy winner will seemingly stay there for Thanksgiving instead of hanging with Travis Kelce.

Swift’s beau, Travis Kelce, has been a major “support” for her in the wake of the tragedy, a source told Us Weekly Tuesday.

“She is so grateful she’s had Travis. Her family has been there, but it’s different to have a boyfriend to lean on,” the insider said, claiming Swift is “beside herself.”

While the couple were expected to spend Thanksgiving together, Swift will seemingly stay in South America for the holiday due to the “traumatic experience.”
