Taylor Swift loves this classic sweater so much, she owns it in at least six colors

It might not be a cardigan, but Taylor Swift put it on and said it was her favorite.

The Grammy winner cheered on boyfriend Travis Kelce at the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Las Vegas Raiders game on Christmas Day, clad in a Santa hat with the tight end’s jersey number along with a matching red cable-knit sweater.

While her exact Polo Ralph Lauren crewneck ($198) is sold out in the festive hue, a nearly identical Lauren Ralph Lauren version ($145) is still available — and the classic design might just give Swifties déjà vu, seeing as the superstar’s worn it in a whopping six different colors over the years.

Swift’s fondness for Ralph Lauren cable knits dates back to November 2011, when she picked a hot pink version for her performance at the CMA Awards; later that same month, she stepped out in NYC wearing a navy version of the cashmere style staple.

In 2012, she kept warm in a bright green iteration at the Sundance Film Festival, and jetted into Japan wearing the same sweater in a soft shade of sage.

And the following year, she paired a basic black version with slim maroon pants in Manhattan.

Swift even made her love for the sweaters known in a 2013 interview with InStyle; asked about her favorite shopping sources, she replied, “I like Ralph Lauren cashmere cable-knit fitted sweaters.”

A perfect complement to skirts, jeans and tailored trousers alike, her trusty crewneck would make an excellent addition to your closet, too.

And the best part is, the brand offers the sweater at a wide range of price points, from Ralph Lauren Collection’s all-cashmere version ($995) to Polo Ralph Lauren’s wool-cashmere blend ($198) to Lauren Ralph Lauren’s cotton offering ($145).

Below, shop a few of our favorites — because to paraphrase Swift herself, this classic knit will never go out of style.
