Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are getting into the holiday spirit – and seemingly with a sense of humor.
A photo of the lovebirds pictured together at a festive bar in Kansas City, Mo., Friday night went viral over the weekend, with fans convinced that the two were rocking matching squirrel sweaters.
Many took to social media with theories that Swift, 33, and Kelce, 34, donned the apparel at Miracle on Main Street in an attempt to poke fun at the NFL star’s now-famous “squirle” tweet.
“Rumor has it Taylor and Travis were at the holiday party in matching squirrel holiday sweaters,” one TikTok user wrote as dozens of others begged for photos of the pair.
“UHM?! TAYLOR SWIFT?! TRAVIS KELCE?! WEARING MATCHING SQUIRREL SWEATERS?! AT A CHRISTMAS PARTY?!” another person inquired.

Ever since Swift began dating the Kansas City Chiefs star, fans haven’t been able to stop trying to learn everything they can about Kelce, even digging up his old tweets.
“I just gave a squirle a peice of bread and it straight smashed all of it!!!!” one of his resurfaced messages, from April 14, 2011, read. “I had no idea they ate bread like that!! Haha #crazy.”
It’s unclear whether the two actually had squirrels on the sweaters they wore to the festive bash. However, it appears many of the guests arrived in matching getups, including.Kelce’s teammate Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, who both wore reindeer onesies.
Meanwhile, fellow Chiefs player Blake Bell posed for snaps with his wife, Lyndsey, in matching Christmas tree-inspired onesies.
“Falalalalalalalalala,” Brittany captioned an Instagram post Saturday of herself and Patrick with Blake and Lyndsey.
She also took to her IG Story to share a loved-up snap with her husband, whom she shares two kids with.
“We had a jolly time,” she captioned a pic of the twosome cuddling.
The holiday-themed outing came one day after Swift jetted in and out of London within 12 hours to attend the premiere of Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” film with her pal Blake Lively.
She shared several snaps to Twitter Friday, which showed her and Lively posing together on a blue velvet couch.
The pair, who have been friends for nearly a decade, looked cozy as the “Gossip Girl” alum placed her hand on the musician’s thigh.
The “Cruel Summer” hitmaker also posed for a photo with the “Single Ladies” singer on the red carpet, showing off her Balmain gown with a thigh-high split.
After the premiere, Swift’s jet landed back in the Midwest, where she’s expected to support her new man when the Chiefs take on the Green Bay Packers Sunday.
The Grammy winner, who is on a break from her blockbuster Eras Tour, may be traveling to Wisconsin for the game, Packers coach Matt LaFleur previously revealed.
“It is what it is. It comes with it I guess,” LaFleur said when asked about Swift during a press conference Friday.
“Is she supposed to be here? That’s what I’ve heard. So we’ll see.”
Swift and Kelce’s romance began in September. She has attended several NFL games in the months since, while he travelled to South America to support her on her Eras Tour in November.
