Rachel and John Fuda celebrate ‘special’ anniversary, share tips for marriage success: ‘Prioritize sex’

Rachel and John Fuda have officially beat the seven-year itch.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars — who tied the knot in a lavish 2017 Garden State ceremony — celebrated their landmark wedding anniversary on Friday by recreating moments from the first chapter of their love story.

“I wanted to take my wife to a place that has a lot of meaning to us as a couple,” John, 35, exclusively tells Page Six, explaining why they returned to West New York, N.J.’s Son Cubano on the Hudson for an intimate dinner.

“We have a lot of history at Son Cubano, it is where we celebrated our engagement,” he adds.

“For our anniversary, I made sure we sat at the same table where we sat for our engagement party all those years ago.”

The pair even posed for photos that invoked the memory of ones they took that fateful evening, cuddling up in a booth while sipping champagne.

“It was so special to be back at the place where we sat surrounded by our family and friends for our engagement party,” Rachel, 32, raves to us. “I look at the pictures of us sitting at the same table back in 2016 and I feel so fortunate.”

Rachel — who wore a white knit top for the occasion — and John — who donned a sharp blazer and white T-shirt — noshed on empanadas and tuna tartare tacos as appetizers.

Later, they shared salmon a la plancha and a prime New York strip steak. For dessert, the duo indulged in ice cream sandwiches.

Of course, they paused in between bites to share a few tender exchanges. After all, Rachel says, physical intimacy has been the secret ingredient in their recipe for marriage success.

“John and I always make sure to show affection to each other. It’s also important to understand the way your partner receives love,” she tells us, while also sharing tips for couples hoping to extend their wedded bliss for years to come.

“Remember to pick your battles, and don’t forget to prioritize sex!”

The Fudas — who made their reality TV debut last year on “RHONJ” Season 13 — share two young daughters, Gianella and Giuliana. It was revealed in May 2023 that Rachel adopted John’s teenage son, Jaiden, from a previous relationship.

Rachel previously said on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast that she was “excited” for viewers to watch Jaiden’s adoption story play out on “RHONJ.”

“The show honestly helped change my life … in the most positive way possible,” she explained in February 2023.

“I’m excited for everybody to see that unravel, the adoption process because I feel like it’s a very unique personal story and not something that’s been seen a whole lot before.”

She added, “And it’s very, very, very close to my heart.”

The Fudas have since filmed another installment of “New Jersey” alongside fellow stars Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs, Danielle Cabral, Teresa Giudice, Jennifer Aydin and Dolores Catania, plus “friends of” the cast Jennifer Fessler and Jackie Goldschneider.

Bravo has yet to announce a premiere date for Season 14.
