Lana Del Rey confirms she’s single again: My ex had a ‘little bubble ego’

She’s no Sad Girl.

Lana Del Rey has revealed that she’s single again — just months after her engagement to music manager and musician Evan Winiker came to light.

In the December cover story for Harper’s Bazaar, the “Ride” hitmaker, 38, said that one of her exes had an ego problem that caused the demise of their relationship.

Specifically, Del Rey said the simplicity of her house became an “accidental” litmus test for her significant others.

“We had some fights over this house, a couple people,” the “Candy Necklace” singer told the outlet. “They didn’t get it.”

Del Rey, whose real name is Elizabeth Woolridge Grant, said a recent boyfriend of hers “didn’t get” her home.

“I feel like even the most chill guy doesn’t really want to chill here,” she told the publication. “Sadly, part of you knows … that ain’t it. … That one shocked me.”

“I won’t name names and whatever, but that one really shocked me, that person. That was actually the end of a relationship.”

The “Summertime Sadness” hitmaker said her ex liked the “idea of her” — but not who she actually is.

“That’s a tough nut to swallow,” she said. “In that person’s case, there was something going on with them, like a little bubble ego. See, I don’t get to have one anymore. It’s been smashed to … what do you call it? Smithereens. I’m sure it’s somewhere in my toe. That’s it. I’d love to grow one.”

“I’m learning how. I’m learning. I know what I want,” she added.

The “Fishtail” singer sparked engagement rumors in March after she was seen wearing a huge diamond sparkler at the Billboard Women in Music event.

Prior to her ill-fated romance with Winiker, the singer, whose latest album “Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd” was released in March, was romantically linked to musician Jack Donaghue.

Del Rey was rumored to be dating the Salem frontman for a few months in early 2022, although the exact timeline of their relationship remains unclear.

Prior to that, she was in a relationship with country singer Clayton Johnson after they met on a dating app in 2020.

The singer was previously engaged to music manager and musician Evan Winiker.

They were rumored to be engaged later that year, but ultimately called it quits and did not address the breakup.

She then dated Italian photographer Francesco Carrozzini from 2014 until 2015 before enjoying a brief romance with rapper G-Eazy in 2017.

She also dated cop Sean “Sticks” Larkin and even hit the 2020 Grammys red carpet with him. However, it was not to last, and they broke up just months later.
