She’s wearing her heart on her … ear.

Heather Rea Young debuted a sweet tattoo tribute to her 10-month-old son, Tristan, on Instagram Wednesday, revealing a design in honor of her first child with husband Tarek El Moussa.

The former “Selling Sunset” star, 36 — who recently announced she would not be returning for the show’s upcoming eighth season — showed off Tristan’s name tattooed in a script font just below an existing heart design behind her right ear in the photo, writing, “Before & after Tristan 🤍👉🏻 …it’s the little things.”

Along with the tattoo photo, she shared a maternity snapshot of herself and the “Flip or Flop” alum embracing ahead of Tristan’s January 31 birth as the pregnant star wore a bump-hugging black dress.

Her “Selling Sunset” co-star Chrishell Stause left a row of heart emojis on the post, and while some fans were into the design — like one who wrote, “Aww I did the same in the same location for my daughter! 🙌” — the majority of Young’s comments were critical of her new ink.

“You placed a tattoo in a place that your own eyes can’t see??” one Instagram user wrote, while another added, “Not behind the ear. So tacky.”

A third fan wrote, “Where’s the other 2 kids going to go?” referring to El Moussa’s 13-year-old daughter, Taylor, and 8-year-old son, Brayden, with ex-wife Christina Haack.

Others chimed in defend the TV personality, like one who wrote, “Stop the negativity! She is expressing the love she has for her son. Be kind!”

The reality star isn’t a stranger to controversial ink; in February 2021 she showed off a tattoo dedicated to her husband on her booty, later explaining it’s “cute” meaning after some people “took it out of context” and criticized the “Yes Sir, Mr. El Moussa” design on her behind.

Young married the “Flipping 101 With Tarek El Moussa” star in October 2021 and they announced she was pregnant with their first child together in July 2022.

As for her departure from “Selling Sunset,” the realtor told Entertainment Tonight she wouldn’t be continuing on with the hit Netflix show while attending November’s Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.

“I don’t know what I’m allowed to say, so I’m not gonna say anything, I don’t know what to tell though,” Young — who was not included in the Season 7 cast photo — said, adding, “I’m not in the know. [But] I’m not returning to eight.”
