Gisele Bündchen and jiu-jitsu trainer Joaquim Valente are in love, according to sources, and were even seen kissing on Valentine’s Day in their Miami neighborhood, we hear.

“They’re deeply in love,” said an insider, adding that the couple stays together regularly. The source said they were seen even locking lips on Wednesday night.

Supermodel Bündchen previously told Vanity Fair in a cover story in March 2023 of rumors she was dating Valente, “He’s our teacher and, most importantly, he’s a person that I admire and that I trust. It’s so good to have that kind of energy, to have my kids around that type of energy.”

Valente has been regularly photographed with Bündchen and her kids, including multiple trips to Costa Rica, as well as the duo’s native Brazil, since her divorce from former Patriots star Tom Brady was announced in October 2022.

Another source insisted the “love” talk is premature. “[They’ve been] discreetly been seeing each other since the summer,” they said.

But Valente has also been seen with Bündchen on multiple vacations with her family, and has been seen paddle boarding, strolling on the beach, jogging, riding horses and hitting the gym with her, as well as picking up the Sports Illustrated model from the airport.

Weeks after Bündchen and Brady’s divorce announcement, Valente was with Bündchen and her children on a trip to Costa Rica.

But a source told People at the time, “[Joaquim] and his two brothers are Gisele and the kids’ martial arts teachers. They are not dating.”

Sources close to the couple said that the pair have been “emotionally involved” after they met years ago.

Sources familiar with the model had previously insisted they were not together. Bündchen even posted a cryptic quotation on Instagram after a sighting with the jiu-jitsu instructor nearly a year ago that read: “‘Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.”

The pair was photographed regularly throughout 2023. An insider told Page Six they’ve allegedly been together for at least a year, adding that the couple has been seen leaving each other’s places and walking her dog together.

A rep for the supermodel did not immediately comment.

Bündchen also told Vanity Fair last year of the rumors about Valente: “I think, at this point, unfortunately, because I’m divorced, I’m sure that they’re going to try to attach me to anything… I’m so grateful to know all of [the Valente brothers], because not only have they helped me and helped my kids, but they have become great friends, and Joaquim especially.”

After Bündchen, 43, filed for divorce from the seven-time Super Bowl champion, 46, in 2022, she posted an Instagram Story saying, “My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart.”

She also wrote: “We have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always.”

Brady wrote on the social media platform that he and Bündchen made the “painful and difficult” decision to part ways, and, “We only wish the best for each other as we pursue whatever new chapters in our lives that are yet to be written.”

Since then, Brady has not been serious with anyone but has been spotted on-and-off with Irina Shayk.

The couple have two children together, plus a child whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.

This month, the supermodel also posted a quote by the writer Yung Pueblo on Instagram Stories that said, “Personal transformation is not easy. Healing yourself takes time… Letting go can sometimes feel overwhelming. Building new habits can seem like an uphill battle.”

Brady called his kids on Instagram his “Forever Valentine’s” on Valentine’s Day.

Joaquim teaches at a Miami-based academy alongside his brothers, where the model and her family first began training in 2021.
