‘Bad bitch’ Megan Thee Stallion shows off her ‘strong’ body on the cover of Women’s Health magazine

She’s ready for “Hot Girl Summer.”

Megan Thee Stallion went bare for Women’s Health’s new Body Issue on Wednesday, posing sans clothes in some steamy pics as she shared her thoughts on getting fit and keeping herself healthy in both mind and spirit.

The “Body” singer, 29, posed in nothing but an Alexis Bittar ring ($155) and matching hoop earrings as she sat crossed-legged for the cover, wearing her hair down in a curly style.

She switched up her jewelry to sport twisted silver earrings with a matching cuff bracelet ($396) and ring ($240) by Lady Grey in another photo, draping her arms across her chest as she sat in a body of water.

The musician admitted that “getting out of bed to work out in the morning is a struggle” in her Women’s Health interview, but that she tries to stay focused.

“I have to get mentally prepared. I’m like, ‘I can stay here for another hour, or I can get up and go work out and be a bad bitch. If I want to be a stallion and not a pony, I got to get up and put in the work.’”

She told the mag that she mixes up trips to the gym with Pilates classes and beach workouts to achieve her toned look, sharing that she strives to look like a volleyball player.

“Strong legs!” she exclaimed, adding, “You look like you can jump high. I love that look.”

The “WAP” singer explained that it took her some time to get back into a good mental space after rapper Tory Lanez shot her in the foot in 2020, but she’s now in a much better place — and even has a design gig with Nike and is a Planet Fitness ambassador.

“I’m in a space where I feel good mentally, so I want to look as good as I feel,” she shared.

She continued, “Working on myself made me get into working out because I needed to focus my energy somewhere else. I used working out to escape and to get happy.”

While she cut out “red meat, soda and tuna melts” from her diet to help achieve her impressive figure, Megan Thee Stallion shared that she still indulges occasionally.

“I am still a Southern girl, so I like to eat what I want,” she told Women’s Health. “I just don’t go overboard.”
