Brock Purdy and Jenna Brandt’s love story is a touchdown.

The quarterback — who was selected by the San Francisco 49ers with the final pick in the 2022 NFL Draft — will play in his first Super Bowl on Feb. 11, 2024, against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Throughout his NFL career, Brandt has been his No. 1 supporter as she attends every single one of his games and cheers him on.

Where they met

They were both freshmen at Iowa State University in 2018 until she transferred to the University of Northern Iowa two years later. Jenna Brandt/Instagram

In 2018, Brock and Brandt met when they were both freshmen at Iowa State University. At the time, she was majoring in Kinesiology while he kickstarted his college football career with the Cyclones.

Two years later, Brandt transferred to the University of Northern Iowa to finish her undergrad education. Meanwhile, Purdy continued playing at Iowa State for four seasons.

In November 2023, the couple shared a picture of themselves on the field at Iowa State’s Jack Trice Stadium with the caption, “Back where it all started🌪️.”

Although Brandt and Purdy had posted each other on their respective social media accounts, they didn’t make their romance Instagram official until November 2022.

Engagement

Purdy popped the question to Brandt in July 2023 on a dock in Saint Cloud, Fla.

“My Jenna girl forever. I can’t wait to be your husband and grow together in Christ. Here’s to forever babe. I love you JB!” the football star captioned a series of images from the special moment.

In a separate Instagram post, Brandt wrote, “WE GET TO DO LIFE TOGETHER…FOREVER! Brock Purdy – I love everything about you & your heart for Jesus more than any words can say.”

In the snaps, Purdy was down on one knee as he asked for Bradnt’s hand in marriage. The pair celebrated the moment with a kiss and hug while their friends and family pulled up to the dock on a small boat.

Bachelorette party

In January 2024, Brandt traveled to Telluride, Colo., to celebrate her bachelorette party with her closest friends and relatives.

“Snowwwwww in love w/ @brock.purdy13 ❄️ Best friends in the best spot for the best weekend🤍,” she captioned a carousel of pics from the trip.

The bride-to-be wore all white while members of her bachelorette party wore black. They also hit the slopes and spent time drinking hot chocolate while in a jacuzzi.
